All returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.
For defective/damaged product customer must notify us immediately upon receipt
Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of your purchase
Returns must include all original (undamaged) packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 15 days will NOT be accepted.
We must be contacted to arrange for pickup. The freight charge for both ways will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee.
No returns on special orders/non-stocks, software, books, cd’s, clothing, opened or used strings, picks, earphones/headphones, harmonicas, microphones, drum heads, sticks, or bulbs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Ray Perrier Music does not issue cash refunds on returns processed through credit card or PayPal.
